Sound not loud enough:

• Use the TV remote or buttons to turn up the volume on the TV. Then

use the volume (<-/->) keys on the EZTV remote to control the volume

level.

Forgot Parental Control V-Chip password:

• You can reset the Parental Control Password to the default password

by resetting the control box to the factory default settings as explained

in this user’s manual.

Converter Box keeps turning itself off:

• Increase the “auto sleep time” as described in the System Settings

section of this user’s manual. Note: in order to save energy and

comply with EnergyStar, this converter box is designed to shut itself off

if it does not receive any input from its remote control for within the time

period selected in the “auto sleep time” menu. The default auto sleep

time is 4 hours.
